Andy is a proven leader with over sixteen years of international freight forwarding experience. In previous roles, he led large sales teams, executed business development strategies, managed sizable warehousing operations, directed a port operations team, and launched initiatives that supported customer needs and increased company revenue. He is passionate about logistics and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Andy oversees Green’s Dallas operations. Bollefer is responsible for growing Green’s regional imprint, developing the Dallas team’s international and 3PL operations, and managing KPIs to ensure service quality for customers.
