Andy is a proven leader with over sixteen years of international freight forwarding experience. In previous roles, he led large sales teams, executed business development strategies, managed sizable warehousing operations, directed a port operations team, and launched initiatives that supported customer needs and increased company revenue. He is passionate about logistics and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Andy oversees Green’s Dallas operations. Bollefer is responsible for growing Green’s regional imprint, developing the Dallas team’s international and 3PL operations, and managing KPIs to ensure service quality for customers. He believes trusting your employees is the first step to providing them with the tools to reach their full potential at Green.

Olga Lyakhovetskaya is the Head of Marketing at Green Worldwide Shipping® helping drive the company’s growing brand connecting international shippers with high-quality supply chain solutions. Lyakhovetskaya believes that people are the real driving force behind transportation & logistics innovation.
Originally from Ukraine, Lyakhovetskaya came to the United States when she was 5 years old and grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Lyakhovetskaya graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor’s in International Business concentration Marketing in 2008 and has served the freight forwarding industry for over 15 years.
