USTR Extends 81 Section 301 Tariff Exclusions for COVID Products through May 2022

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative have announced a 6-month extension for 81 of 99 COVID-related Section 301 tariff exclusions that were scheduled to expire on November 14, 2021.

The USTR will provide a transition period of 16 days for all COVID-related exclusions that will now expire on November 30, 2021, and a six-month extension for 81 specific exclusions through May 2022.

DATES

The USTR notice extends 81 COVID-related medical product Section 301 exclusions to expire six months after November 30, 2021.  The new expiration will be on May 31, 2022.

November 30, 2021 – 18 COVID-related product exclusions expire
