Recently, Green Worldwide Shipping® took the opportunity to give back to the children of UNICEF by organizing a competition bake-off at its annual tenant party in Atlanta, Georgia. Inspired by a popular British show, the competition was a friendly reminder to give back to those in need during this holiday season.
Accepting donations in exchange for desserts, seven amateur bakers took to the kitchen to create their signature dishes and present them to a panel of judges. From decadent cookies to mouthwatering cakes, these bakers competed to ultimately attract attention to the charitable donations for UNICEF. In 2 hours, Green raised $226 in donations and crowned our very own, Keith Edmiston, the ultimate “Green Baker” with his recipe for a Blueberry Crumble.
