Section 301 Exclusions Extended Again through September for COVID Response

In order to support the efforts of combating the COVID-19 pandemic, on December 29, 2020, the U.S. Trade Representative announced the extension of certain product exclusions on medical-care and/or COVID response products and further modifications to remove Section 301 duties from additional medical-care and/or COVID response products.  Initially, the extension applied through March 01, 2021, however, it has once again been extended to support relief efforts through September.

The product exclusions are extended through September 30, 2021 and fall under the following article descriptions of headings 9903.88.62, 9903.88.63, 9903.88.64 and 9903.88.65 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States.
