- Sept 2 – ITC issues affirmative preliminary injury determination in the solar case; Commerce CVD prelim due Oct 10, AD prelim due Dec 24.
Section 232
- Sept 15 – BIS opens temporary Section 232 inclusions window for steel/aluminum (closes Oct 1).
- Aug 15 (published Aug 18) – Section 232 steel and aluminum actions expanded the scope to include additional HTS numbers.
IEEPA Legal Status (Tariffs)
- Aug 29 – Federal Circuit rules IEEPA does not authorize tariffs; tariffs remain in force under stay until Oct 14.
- Sept 9 – Supreme Court grants certiorari; oral arguments set for Nov 2025.
