Scheduled for publication on October 2, 2019, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) issued two new sets of product exclusions for the first and second tranches of Section 301 tariffs on goods from China.  The notices detail clarifications for annex descriptions and advise filing procedure for brokers.

The new exclusions cover 203 specially prepared product descriptions and 511 individual requests.
