Winckler’s logistics career began over 30 years ago in Bremen, Germany where he completed his Apprenticeship in Freight Forwarding. With his mind always on what’s next, Winckler brings to Green his keen ability to problem solve and innovate. He has been recognized as a strategic leader in the industry by fostering successful teams and continuously looking for opportunities to improve products and/or processes.

In his new role, Winckler will be responsible for driving the Los Angeles teams’ international & 3PL operations, managing KPIs to ensure service quality, and overseeing all other daily freight performance. He is looking forward to supporting his operations team and building new business relationships in the greater California market.
